Christmas/New Year Fun and Frolics January 13, 2007
Posted by TheBoss in : Customers , add a comment..Having finally got couple of mins to catch our breath, and having dealt with numerous computers problems, I’ve finally got a few mins spare to post some pics about the fun and games that happened over the festive period. This break saw some faces new and old. Tim, Liz, Jo and John arrived boxing day and settled rapidly into the relaxed atmosphere that is TenerifeScuba.Much fun and frivolity was had in and out of the water.
.
Tim though did look slightly the worse for wear one morning and was captured on camera. Dives included the Meridian, where Tim captured this pic of a Queen TriggerFish and the Rays of course where our resident Turtle came to play

Lynne and Paul also joined in the fun. The statue of the Madonna at the caves at Palm Mar joining in the festive mood….and then of course there was Lynne’s Hammerhead !For those of you curious about “Le Ear’s” progress even she joined in on Christmas day.

Posted by Harlequin in : Customers, Diving Trip Reports , add a commentNow, while I wait to be reunited with my paper log I’ll tell you about New Year’s Eve…
Harry and Emma came out to dive with TS and I suspected they may have been a little at a loose end for NYE so invited them to club Habana (Cuban Ckub in Las Americas). To cut a long story short we all had a great time, I improved on my Salsa a little (not much I might add) and Harry (bless him) decided to can the next days diving and sleep it off. Mmmm… Officer material…? Oh, and I have the photos (currently being edited by Ben with an ‘M’) to prove it.
Next day I offered boat cover and as Sarah and I looked on with interest as 2-3 Metre swells threatened to engulf the boat I pondered the likelihood of actually spotting an SMB in those conditions but believe this or not… from well over 50 Metres away and in swells like that Sarah powered the boat up and turned it and spotted an SMB right off the bow well over 50 Metres off. It took me the best part of a minute to see it. Amazing Sarah…!
More to come later including photographic evidence that moobs are an Officer’s best friend.
